To prepare the seasoned cream cheese, combine and beat cream cheese, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, milk and dill weed to a smooth texture. Nicely arrange the smoked salmon, a bowl of the seasoned cream cheese and rye bread slices on a serving plate. Use the red onions, capers, lemon slices and dill as garnish. Makes 6 servings. |
